With COVID-19 affecting businesses nationwide, we just wanted to give you our firm commitment that our level of service, as well as our response times, will not be affected. We are running at full capacity and are here to ensure that COVID-19 disrupts your business as little as possible.
We are still providing remote assistance, we can even use a video chat if there is something we can’t communicate on a system not responding.
We are still offering our customers the option to drop off items at our location, we make the necessary repairs in-house and you can pick them back up, sometimes the same day. Disinfecting of devices will be completed as part of the service, and minimal touch handoff will be planned.
I am not sure if you have experienced this, but we have been seeing text messages coming out of order or not at all, and I often get voicemails when my phone has never rung. I encourage you all to use digital methods for communication, hangouts, WhatsApp, email, etc. for communication, and consider phone and SMS to be a little unstable at this time. Also, please leave a detailed message, as I find myself on the phone more than normal, and I might miss your call, but I am returning calls asap.
