Here is a little info about the JP Technical family...
Our company specialty is small businesses. We have a bit of a nitch, which is actually quite large. Many small businesses, say under 10 users, have business needs that just cannot be filled by the Mom & Pop computer shops and are too small for larger network consultancy companies. So, they are often suffering as a result, being held back from some great affordable solutions. There are also some great techs out there, that also have a 'day job', so they are not available during business hours or with any expediency. We do independent network and computer support... that is it... all day, every day. We treat your network as an extension of our own, which means we don't put anything in your network we haven't tested ourselves. We also take a great deal of personal interest in your computer systems working smoothly.
JP Technical doesn't make it's money from sales, we sell Dell computers and servers to facilitate you getting exactly what you need for your business, and in some cases will tell you to buy it directly because it will save you money. We also don't push maintenance agreements or contracts, unless you request one; mainly because when we setup a network it generally just works, and we don't like busy work of just doing things for sake of using up paid-for time. I have been told by peers in the industry that this lack of profitable business thinking... ok, sure... but we have a very high customer retention because we try and save our clients money.
